Youth Leadership Program

The Youth Leadership Program is a great way of empowering local teenagers to use the influence they have to positively influence the children at our Summer Camps and AfterSchool Programs, and to challenge them to be that example to their communities as well. This is an amazing way the youth of the community grow to be the visionary leaders UrbanPromise Honduras strives to develop. 

The program is open to youth from 9th through to 12th grade. The teenagers learn the responsibility involved in taking care of others while teaching in and running a program. The youth are also offered leadership classes, group events, and fun times to hang out and build relationships, whether it is at the weekly youth nights, the all-nighters, or the end of year youth retreat.
